First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study aimed to find biological markers (biomarkers) that could predict how well the drug trabectedin works in people with advanced soft-tissue sarcomas (excluding certain types). Researchers collected tumor biopsies and blood samples from 29 adult patients to analyze genetic and molecular features. The goal was to better understand which patients might benefit from trabectedin, rather than testing a new treatment.
