Summary
This study aims to find new markers in blood and urine that can predict which heart surgery patients are most likely to develop serious kidney problems after their operation. Researchers will enroll about 1,491 high-risk adult patients and analyze their samples to see if these new markers can spot trouble earlier than current tests. The goal is to help doctors identify at-risk patients sooner so they can take steps to protect their kidneys and improve recovery.
