First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests a treatment strategy that uses a biomarker called CPS to personalize therapy for people with locally advanced esophageal cancer. About 90 participants will receive tailored neoadjuvant (pre-surgery) treatment, then undergo surgery. The main goal is to see how many achieve a complete response, meaning no cancer remains in the removed tissue.
