Summary

This study aims to find out which of three newer biologic drugs works best for adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Researchers will compare dupilumab, omalizumab, and mepolizumab in 504 participants to see which one most improves sinus symptoms and quality of life. The goal is to help doctors choose the right drug for each patient.
