First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study followed 107 postmenopausal women for one year to see if bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) helps reduce menopause-related health issues. Participants received transdermal estradiol and, if needed, progesterone as part of their regular care. Researchers compared their bone density, cholesterol levels, and mammogram results to women not on HRT.
