Zirconia vs titanium: which implant fights germs better?

Summary
This study compares how much bacteria (biofilm) builds up on zirconia versus titanium dental implants. About 40 adults will each get one implant, and researchers will measure germs and gum health at 3, 6, and 12 months. The goal is to see which material may lower infection risk.
