Can watching a screen help you build a better core?

NCT ID NCT07019376

Summary

This study tested whether a specific type of core training, where participants see real-time visual feedback on a screen, could improve body awareness, balance, and core muscle endurance in healthy people who don't exercise regularly. Researchers worked with 48 inactive volunteers to see if this training method could help them move more efficiently and reduce the risk of future pain or injury. The goal was to gather knowledge about how this training affects the body, not to treat a specific disease.
