Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of training can help elderly people with osteoporosis improve their balance and reduce fall risk. It combines balance exercises with biofeedback technology that helps patients learn to activate a key hip muscle. The goal is to see if this approach improves stability, physical performance, and quality of life for the 60 participants.
