Mind over matter: can breathing exercises calm ADHD?

NCT ID NCT06648252

Summary

This study tested whether a 10-week program combining breathing exercises and biofeedback could help reduce ADHD symptoms in children and teens aged 6 to 18. Researchers compared the program to a waiting list to see if it improved focus and emotional control. The goal was to see if this non-drug approach could be a helpful tool for managing ADHD.
