First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested whether a new, higher-dose tablet of the experimental drug atirmociclib works the same in the body as the current tablet. Thirty-five healthy adults each took a single dose of both tablet types after a meal, in random order. The goal was to see how the medicine is absorbed and processed, not to treat any disease.
