First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether listening to binaural beats (special sound patterns) can help professional athletes with muscle or bone injuries feel less afraid of getting hurt again. About 66 athletes will listen to music with or without these beats before training or games for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in stress responses, fear levels, and fitness.
