First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether listening to binaural beats (special sound patterns) can help professional athletes who are afraid of getting hurt again after a muscle or bone injury. The researchers want to see if these sounds can calm the nervous system, reduce fear, and improve fitness. Sixty-six athletes will listen to music with or without these beats before training or competition for four weeks.
