NCT ID NCT07569679
First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to treat advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It combines chemotherapy given directly into the liver with standard body-wide chemo, plus or minus an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) and a targeted therapy pill (apatinib). About 124 adults who have not had prior treatment will be followed to see if the combination helps them live longer and slows tumor growth.
