Summary
This study aims to understand why bile ducts become enlarged, a condition that can lead to serious complications and cancer. Researchers will collect tissue samples from 400 people, including patients with the condition and healthy donors, to analyze their genes and the bacteria present. The goal is to learn how the body and its microbes interact in this disease to find better ways to diagnose and treat it in the future.
