Summary
This study tested an 11-week training program designed to help seniors who had stopped cycling to regain their balance and confidence on a bicycle. The program combined exercise bike workouts, practice on a bicycle simulator, and supervised road cycling. Researchers measured whether participants felt more skilled and confident riding in different traffic conditions after completing the training.
