Summary

This early-phase study tests a new experimental drug (BI 3923948) in 60 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and are not responding to standard treatments. The drug is injected directly into tumors, either alone or combined with an immune-boosting antibody (checkpoint inhibitor). The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
