This phase 3 trial is testing whether an experimental drug called BHB-1893 works better than the standard beta-blocker metoprolol for adults with symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM), a condition where the heart muscle thickens and blocks blood flow.
