First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This completed Phase 1 trial studied how an injection called BGM0504 affects stomach emptying and the way the body processes two common drugs (metformin and warfarin) in 28 overweight or obese adults. The goal was to see if BGM0504 changes how much of these drugs enter the bloodstream. This study does not test treatment for obesity itself, but gathers important safety and drug-interaction information.
