New drug targets tough tumors in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BGB-B455 in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have a specific protein (CLDN6). The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 90 participants will join, and the study has two parts: first to find the right dose, then to see how well it shrinks tumors.
