New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers

Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and find the best dose of a new oral drug called BGB-11417 for adults with several types of advanced B-cell blood cancers that have come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The study will test the drug by itself and in combination with two other cancer drugs. The main goals are to see how much of the drug the body can handle and to identify any side effects.
