Summary
This study looked at how well healthy adults tolerate different doses of an oat fiber supplement called BG-OS. Sixty participants took the supplement at home and reported any digestive symptoms. They also wore a continuous glucose monitor and took part in rice challenge tests to see how the fiber affected blood sugar levels. The goal was to understand the best dose for gut and metabolic health.
