New hope for advanced cancers? first human trial of BG-C477 begins

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BG-C477, alone or with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 310 participants will take part in this first-in-human study.
