Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental cancer drug called BG-C0979. Researchers will test its safety and how the body processes it in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study will also look for early signs that the drug might help control cancer growth, both when given alone and when combined with another cancer drug called tislelizumab.
