Summary

This study looks at three ways to use blood flow restriction (BFR) training to help competitive sprinters get stronger and run faster. Eighteen sprinters aged 16-30 will do a 6-week program with either heavy weights, light weights, or BFR applied between sets. The goal is to see which method boosts sprint times and leg power the most.
