Summary
This trial tests whether adding blood flow restriction (BFR) training to standard physical therapy improves balance and joint position sense in post-menopausal women with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD), a common cause of foot pain and flatfoot. Fifty-four women aged 40-55 with early-stage PTTD will be randomly assigned to either BFR training or conventional exercises. Researchers will measure changes in postural stability and ankle joint awareness before and after the program to see if BFR offers extra benefits.
