Summary
This study tests whether doing light exercise with a blood pressure cuff on the arm can reduce shoulder pain in people with rotator cuff problems. Thirty adults with shoulder pain for at least 3 months will try four different exercise routines, each with a different cuff pressure. The goal is to see which setting provides the most pain relief during and after exercise.
