New hope for mastocytosis patients through expanded drug access

NCT ID NCT06915766

Summary

This program provides access to the investigational drug bezuclastinib for adults with systemic mastocytosis, a rare disorder where too many mast cells build up in the body. It is for patients whose current treatments are not working well or who have no other good treatment options. The goal is to help control the disease in people who have already tried and failed at least one standard approved therapy.
