Can a Mind-Body exercise program ease the burden of chronic rheumatic pain?
NCT ID NCT06702839
Summary
This study looked back at data from 300 people with various rheumatic diseases to see if a special exercise program called BETY helped them. BETY is designed to improve not just physical function but also mood, social life, and overall well-being by changing negative thoughts about the disease. Researchers compared results from people who did BETY to a control group to check its effectiveness.
