Summary

This study is testing which of two methods for setting a surgical tourniquet works better for wrist fracture repair. It will compare how much bleeding and pain occur during surgery, and check for muscle damage and recovery over a full year. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to use a tourniquet to improve surgery and healing.
