NCT ID NCT07417605
Summary
This study is testing a new, more detailed type of PET scan to help doctors tell the difference between leftover cancer and harmless inflammation after radiation treatment for head and neck cancer. It will involve 180 adults who have finished their radiation therapy. The goal is to improve the accuracy of follow-up scans, helping doctors decide if more treatment is needed.
