New surgical technique aims to find hidden ovarian cancer cells
NCT ID NCT07271914
Summary
This study is testing if a more thorough surgical biopsy method can find tiny, hidden cancer cells in the pelvis of people with early-stage ovarian tumors. Researchers will compare this new method to standard biopsies to see if it detects more cancer. Finding these hidden cells could help doctors stage the cancer more accurately and guide treatment decisions.
