New test aims to spot kidney rejection sooner
NCT ID NCT07347353
Summary
This study tested a new molecular tool called HistoMx to see if it helps doctors better diagnose rejection in kidney transplant patients in everyday practice. It involved 400 adult kidney transplant recipients. Researchers compared the new test's results to standard methods and tracked patient and kidney health for a year to see if the improved diagnosis led to better outcomes.
