New scan aims to spot hidden heart valve infections

Summary
This study is testing if a special type of PET scan can better detect infections on artificial heart valves. It will involve 30 adults with suspected endocarditis. Doctors will compare the new scan results to standard tests to see if it provides a clearer, faster diagnosis.
