New computer test could spot contact lens problems sooner
NCT ID NCT07290829
Summary
This study tested a new, computer-based method to measure eye redness in people wearing soft contact lenses for two weeks. Researchers compared this new method to the standard, more subjective way eye doctors currently check for irritation. The goal is to find a more consistent and objective way to detect early signs of inflammation so it can be managed sooner.
