Summary
This study tested if using a special nutrition powder with a smaller dose of laxative could clean the colon as well as the standard method for a colonoscopy. Researchers wanted to see if this new approach caused fewer side effects like bloating and nausea. They compared the two methods in over 750 adults getting a colonoscopy.
