Summary
This study is testing a new, standardized way of caring for women at risk of extremely early birth and their babies. It aims to improve the babies' chances of surviving without severe long-term disabilities like cerebral palsy or blindness. The trial involves over 2,300 participants across multiple hospitals in France, comparing the new coordinated care plan to usual care.
