First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at whether increasing resident ward rounds from 2 to 4 times a day can help hospitalized patients get better bowel preparation before a colonoscopy. About 300 adult inpatients scheduled for a therapeutic colonoscopy will take part. The goal is to see if more frequent check-ins lead to cleaner colons and smoother procedures.
