Breastfeeding moms test Betaine's milk impact

This study looks at how betaine, a natural supplement, passes into breast milk. Ten breastfeeding mothers will take low and then higher doses of betaine for one week each. Researchers will measure betaine levels in milk at several time points to understand its short-term effects.
