Can a simple fiber help women shed pounds and curb cravings?
NCT ID NCT07299942
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a fiber called beta-glucan to a low-calorie, low-carb diet helps women with overweight lose more weight and body fat. Researchers will compare 60 women taking either the beta-glucan supplement or a placebo for four weeks while following the diet. The main goal is to see if the fiber helps with weight loss and reduces feelings of hunger.
