Summary
This study is testing if a common heart medication, carvedilol, can slow or prevent the progression of Parkinson's disease in people at high risk. It focuses on individuals with a specific sleep disorder (REM sleep behavior disorder) and other early warning signs. Researchers will use heart and brain scans to see if the drug can reverse early changes linked to Parkinson's.
