Scientists test if videos or text are better for public understanding of health studies
NCT ID NCT07333924
Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to explain complex health research findings to the general public. Researchers compared whether people understood information better from a plain written summary or from an animated video. They tested this with 67 adult volunteers, asking them to learn about two different health topics and then answer questions to see what they remembered and understood.
