Simple pill trick could heal surgery ulcers faster

Summary
This study aims to find the best way for gastric bypass patients to take their acid-blocking pills to heal stomach ulcers at the surgery site. Researchers will compare if opening the capsule and taking just the powder inside works better than swallowing the pill whole. About 122 participants with these ulcers will take the medicine one way or the other and have regular check-ups to see which method leads to faster healing and fewer complications.
