Summary
This study aims to find the most effective running retraining technique to reduce ground contact time—the time your foot touches the ground with each step. Researchers will test three different methods on 30 healthy military members and cadets who run regularly. The goal is to see which technique best improves running efficiency and reduces injury risk.
