Summary
This study aims to find the best and most cost-effective way to prevent cavities in young school children. Researchers are comparing three different approaches: basic fluoride toothpaste, toothpaste plus oral health education, and those two methods plus a protective dental sealant. The goal is to see which strategy most effectively reduces new cavities over one year to help guide school-based dental health programs.
