Scientists test which Warm-Up makes kids better soccer players
NCT ID NCT07310251
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of warm-up helps young soccer players perform their best. Researchers will test four different 10-minute warm-up routines on 20 boys aged 8-13 to see which one most improves their jumping, sprinting, agility, and ball-kicking speed. The goal is to gather evidence to help coaches and young athletes choose the most effective pre-game routine.
