Summary
This study aimed to find out which of three specific leg exercises best activates the thigh muscles in young fencers. Researchers measured muscle activity in 30 experienced fencers aged 18-24 as they performed different squat and kneeling exercises. The goal was to gather information that could help design better training and injury prevention programs for fencing athletes.
