Summary
This pilot study tests a single-session writing exercise called Best Possible Self-Tech in 80 eighth graders. The goal is to see if it can increase positive feelings and encourage prosocial technology use. Students will complete the exercise in class and answer surveys. The study focuses on whether the exercise is practical and acceptable in a school setting.
