Summary
This study tested which lying position causes the least pain and most comfort for obese pregnant women during routine fetal monitoring. Researchers compared three positions—lying on the left side with support, on the left side without support, and lying on the back—in 174 women. The goal was to find the best position to make this common prenatal check more comfortable.
