Scientists test which drinks keep kids hydrated best
NCT ID NCT06967454
Summary
This study aimed to find out which drink helps children stay hydrated better: strawberry-flavored milk, a new whey-based drink, or plain water. Thirteen healthy children aged 9-11 tried each drink while researchers measured their hydration, mood, and thinking skills. The goal was to gather information to help understand how different beverages affect the body.
