Summary

This study aims to discover the ideal weekly amount of strength training for older adults to build muscle and strength. Researchers will compare three different workout volumes (low, moderate, and high) in 57 participants aged 65-80 over 10 weeks. The goal is to provide clearer guidance on how much exercise is most effective for combating age-related muscle loss.
